Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email. Simply print it out and attach it to your return package.
Package and Ship
Place the items securely in their original jewelry box and mail them back to us through your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Our team will inspect the items upon arrival and process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
